How to Get Started With RTO
Are you wondering what you'll need to do to get started with Rent to Own?
First, book a call so we can chat in person about your specific situation (if we've already spoken and you feel like it's time for an update, feel free to book another one...).
Next, take stock of where you are now and where you want to go. Consider the following:
What towns or cities would you be interested in living in?
What sort of home (ex: condo, townhouse, apartment) are you interested in?
How much savings do you currently have for a down payment? Do you have a plan for saving more?
What is your total household income? Remember that your household includes all working adults.
What is your credit score?
Do you have any significant events affecting your credit score? Are you working to mitigate them?
When would you ideally like to move?
What questions do you have for me?
Once we get on the phone, we'll discuss all of the above and more, making sure that you're comfortable with the Rent to Own program and discussing the next steps for potential program approval and future home ownership.
